1. Take 2-3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and soak them in water overnight. Next morning, place the seeds in a grinder along with 6-8 neem leaves, 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and 1/2 cup of yogurt. Now grind all ingredients to form a fine paste. Apply this anti-dandruff hair mask on your hair and scalp and leave it for at least half hour. Wash your hair using a mild shampoo and then apply a good-quality moisturizer. Repeat this treatment twice a week.
2. One of the best homemade hair masks for dandruff involves coconut oil with the combination of black pepper. Take a sufficient amount of coconut oil in a small bowl and add a little black pepper in it. Slightly warm the mixture by keeping it in microwave for a while. Now strain the oil using a fine cloth and gently massage this oil in your scalp and hair. Then, cover your head with a shower cap for about half hour before shampooing.
3. Applying the mixture of apple cider vinegar, egg yolks and olive oil on the dry hair and scalps is also a simple way to reduce dandruff naturally. Whisk two egg yolks and mix 1/3 cup of olive oil and half a cup of apple cider vinegar in it. Your homemade anti-dandruff mask is ready. Apply it on your hair and scalp for about 30-40 minutes and then rinse it off. Weekly use of this mask is not only effective for removing dandruff but it also makes your hair silky, soft and gleaming.
