Egg Hair Masks for Dry, Frizzy Hair

When it comes to treat dry and frizzy hair, nothing can give you better results than egg hair mask. Eggs are excellent source of high-quality protein, sulfur, fatty acids and vitamins A, E and D. These all nutrients play a significant role in nourishing your hair. When you apply an egg mask on frizzy and dry hair, the egg yolk works amazingly to hydrate them. The protein found in the egg strengthen your hair follicles, while the fatty acids give your hair a natural sheen. Vitamins contribute in preventing the hair loss problems. Let’s know how you can use egg for treating frizzy and dry hair.

1. Beat one egg yolk well and mix it in half teaspoon of olive oil. Add about 3/4 cup of Luke warm water in the prepared mixture. Apply this mask on your hair from roots to the ends. Let it stay in your hair for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water using a mild shampoo.
2. Separate the white of an egg and beat it properly using a folk or egg-beater. Now add 4-5 tablespoons of plain yogurt in the beaten egg and mix both ingredients properly. Use this mixture to massage your scalp and hair. After about half hour wash your hair with warm water.
3. Another easy egg mask can be prepared by combining five tablespoons of olive oil in two beaten-eggs. Apply it in your hair thoroughly and cover your head using a plastic bag. Wash your hair after half hour.
