There are many ways that can help your scalp to get beautiful hair, if you have a interest in cooking or in your kitchen then you would know what ingredient has what impact and what can be use for your skin or for your hair, like you can use salt on your face, but you cannot use chilly;) here are some simple recipes that I am sharing that you can try to get beautiful and healthy hair.
Avocado and banana conditioner: whenever I think of a natural conditioner for hair or skin the first thing that comes in my mind is fruits and you cannot deny the power of avocado and banana, actually you can use any fruit that you can eat without any side effects, but you would actually love the results of these two, you need to take one well chopped well ripped banana, avocado, one egg and one table spoon honey and blend all of these with fork and put it aside in room temperature and wash your hair with mild shampoo and apply that mixture on slightly wet hair and live it for one hour or less and then wash it off with running water.
Vinegar Egg Conditioner: Next thing that I would share with you is a mixture of Eggs, Olive oil, Honey, Vinegar and Lemon juice and you need to mix it in a blender and the apply it over your washed slightly wet hair and then cover with swimming cap for 2 hours and wash it off with running water and baby sop or shower gel.
Now my all time favorite conditioner, mix one cup of fresh organic yogurt and mix it with three or so tablespoon mustard oil and apply that over your hair three times a week for 2 hours and then wash your hair with mild shampoo and you will love the result, it is best thing for curly and fizzy hair.
Drink lots of water and eat healthy food and try to avoid unhealthy ready to use products and things since harsh chemicals is one of the main reason of dry and dull looking hair.
