Condition Your Hair with Coconut Oil

First of all, take one cup of boiling water in a bowl. Then put 2tbsp. of coconut oil in a glass cup. Now place the cup of coconut oil in hot water and wait until the coconut oil melts in the cup. Putting the coconut oil in the boiled water is essential because the pure coconut oil needs at least 76 degrees F temperature to come into the melting point. It remains solid at room temperature.

In the second step, massage the oil into your hair and scalp thoroughly. The coconut oil tends to spread fast in the damp hair, so it is advised to get this treatment when your hair is slightly wet.

After applying the coconut oil to your hair and scalp, comb through your hair. This will help the oil to reach till ends. After that, cover your head by wearing a shower cap. Leave it for at least 2-3 hours. Then, wash your hair using a mild shampoo and apply good-quality conditioner. While washing your hair, make it sure that coconut oil is completely removed from your hair.
