There was a time when I use to think that dandruff and winter is attached to each other, cold weather make our skin get dryer, or when we was our hair with supper hot water it wash off the natural oil too and make it dry too, and I still believe that, but that is something that we cannot change cause we cannot move to somewhere hotter just to have pretty hair, we cannot start taking shower with chilled water during the chilled winter, then how to treat it, well here are some simple home remedies that you can try to treat and prevent dandruff and other issues that come with that.
Take four tablespoon coconut oil put it on fire; mix it with 1 piece of camphor while it is worming up and now mix it well and then while it is still lukewarm, apply it all over your scalp and massage well till it get fully absorbed three nights of week and then leave it overnight and then wash it off with worm water and mild shampoo in the morning.
Take 2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds and soaks it in half a cup of warm water overnight and then next morning, make a paste of that water and seed and apply that all over your scalp, you can add some oil in it if you want and then massage till it get fully absorbed and then cover your hair with shower cap and then wash it off with worm water and mild shampoo next day and use it three times a week and you will see the result soon.
Take two egg whites and mix juice of one big lemon in it and then apply that all over your scalp and in your hair too for half an hour and then wash it off with slightly warm water and it will not only prevent and treat dandruff, but it will help you get bright shiny hair too.
Wash your hair with beer, Apple Cider Vinegar, and black tea water as a final rinse and it will help you keep the moisturizer level in your hair and scalp perfect and drink lots of water, and eat healthy and well balanced diet.
Best of luck.
