Wash your hair when you feel they are getting dirty and they need a wash, no matter when you wanted your hair last time, and try to use the mildest shampoo possible and this will harm your hair and your scalp the less and if you can then try to use baby shampoo on your regular basis and if want best result then try herbs and Ayurvedic ingredients for your hair.
Use the right type of hair products and accessories, don’t apply all those products with formaldehyde or alcohol cause they will make your hair dry an dull and will dry out the natural oils from your scalp too, Try to use natural products as much as possible and if you want to get beautiful and healthy hair then try to give your hair one chemical free year and then decide what is right for you chemicals or organic.
Stay hydrated, drink lots of water and make sure you are using more water then another thing and when I say water I mean water, don’t ever indulge with carbohydrate drinks or alcohol, eat healthy food, make sure you are eating sea food 4 times a week and add flaxseed, nuts and other foods rich in omega-3 fatty acid in your food and don’t forget the benefits of Vitamin and minerals, biotin are also beneficial.
Get a hot oil massage 5 times a week and if you are living in a cold are of this earth then get some worm towel therapy and you will love the result and if you are applying hot oil in your hair then try to leave it over night and let your scalp absorb the healthy moisturizer.
Apply yogurt and mustard oils mask at least once in a week. Scrub off the dead cells with beauty mask, soak red lentils with milk over night and in the morning make a fine past of it and scrub it in your hair and on your scalp for 20 minutes and wash it before it get dry cause then it will take ages to remove.
